As defined by the new tax laws governing charity donations of personal property, we are qualified personal property appraisers. Our written appraisals are accepted in courts of law and by insurance firms as proof of value for probate, divorce, or insurance claims. Our clients have included the Justice Department, local Historical Societies and major corporations. We have given sworn court testimony concerning the value of property in cases of divorce and inheritance.
